Florida

Florida is one of the most popular states for a family vacation, and there are lots of great destinations where you can explore theme parks, beaches, and more. Although it's mostly known for its theme parks, there are so many more places to visit in the Sunshine State.

We love the Gulf Coast of Florida, where you'll find Marco Island, Sanibel Island, Clearwater Beach, and Sarasota. There are also the beaches of the panhandle, including Fort Walton and Destin. On the Atlantic Coast, there's Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Daytona Beach, and Amelia Island.

Of course, the most popular family destination is Orlando Florida, home to Walt Disney World, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios. These parks are must-dos for families at least once.
