Arizona Family Vacations
Planning to visit Arizona with kids? We love visiting Arizona with our family. This beautiful state is filled with beautiful family vacation destinations, including Tucson, Phoenix (with suburbs Scottsdale, Tempe, Chandler, and Mesa), Flagstaff, and the Grand Canyon.
We've visited the greater Phoenix multiple times, and have loved seeing the Desert Botanical Garden, the Phoenix Zoo, the Musical Instrument Museum, and other family attractions. Do you have older kids? Consider a hot air balloon ride.
If you love sports, visit during early spring when you can see baseball spring training for the Cactus League. Although my beloved Red Sox play in the Grapefruit League in Florida, I loved visiting the Phoenix area during baseball's spring training. It's a great way to see baseball games up close at a reasonable price.
