Understanding the Costs of the Disney Cruise Line: Cruises can make budgeting easier since so much is included, but you still may be wondering how much to expect to pay.

Wondering what a Disney Cruise costs? The price of a Disney cruise depends on many factors. Here’s an overview of Disney Cruise prices as well as which factors influence the price.

This information is subject to change.  I've been on a complimentary media cruise and several discounted cruises, but have paid for many on my own.

In general, cruises start at about $2,500 for a 3-day cruise and $5,500 for a 7-day cruise (for a family of 4).

Factors that affect the price include: Time of Year - expect to pay more during school vacations and holidays

Factors that affect the price include: Length of cruise - as you'd expect, a 7-day cruise is typically more expensive than a 3-day cruise to the same destination

the destination of the cruise is another big factor in the cost. European and Alaskan cruises can be more expensive

type of stateroom booked (verandahs are more expensive, but in my opinion, they are worth the added expense).

Special event cruises may cost a bit more - Disney offers several including Marvel Day at Sea, and Halloween on the High Seas
