Quebec City Activities for Families: This beautiful walled city in Canada offers family-friendly activities all year round, but we prefer summer.

I've visited Quebec City several times, both at my own cost and also at no/limited cost for review. All opinions are my own.

The gorgeous and quaint city of Quebec City offers many family-friendly activities. It feels like a European city, but is driving distance for many in the Northeast.

Musée National des Beaux-Arts du Québec: When the museum outgrew the original  Building, they expanded into the adjacent Charles-Baillairgé Building – a former prison

Montmorency Falls: These falls, which are taller than Niagara Falls, are gorgeous, and the park is a fun place to visit.

Musee de la Civilisation: Located along the waterfront in the old city, the Musee de la Civilisation offers lots of kid-friendly interactive exhibits.

Plains of Abraham: The highlight of our visit was Abraham’s Bus and the Odyssey experience at the Plains of Abraham

Iles d'Orleans: This small island, just off the coast of Quebec City, is a food lovers paradise offering vineyards, restaurants, and farm stands

Benjo Toy Store: On the weekends, kids can take a train ride throughout this fun, interactive toy store.

Quebec Lower City is home to many popular shops and restaurants in the city, along with several museums (including the Musee de la Civilisation)
