Massachusetts Family Fun Destinations: My home state of Massachusetts may be small but there are lots of great things to do here.

From the historic attractions in Boston and Plymouth to the beaches on Cape Cod and the Islands, there’s so much to do in Massachusetts.

We’ve experienced a few of these things at no cost for review, and have paid for others. All opinions are my own.

Boston: Fenway Park America's Most Beloved Ballpark is a great place to see a game, but they also offer tours which can be a great option.

Cape Cod offers so many great towns with beautiful beaches. It's a great place to visit for a family summer vacation.

Salem is the home to the Salem Witch Trials. While it's popular in October, it's a great place to visit year round.

The island of Nantucket is located off the coast of Massachusetts. It can be reached via ferry or plane.

Rockport, located north of Boston in Cape Ann, offers beaches and a cute shopping area. Be sure to take a photo of Motif #1, a red fishing hut.

Plymouth is located south of Boston. Be sure to visit Plimoth Patuxet Museums: a living history museum
