Comparing the Disney Cruise Line Ships: With four different ships (soon to be five) there are several options if you are going to book a cruise.

If you are considering a trip on the Disney Cruise Line, you may be wondering what is the best Disney Cruise Line ship.

Disclosure: I've been on one DCL media cruise, two cruises at reduced cost, and ten cruises at full cost.

The Disney Magic and Wonder are the smaller ships, but are still large with lots of amenities, activities, and restaurants.

While the Fantasy and Dream are larger ships than the Magic and Wonder, with more staterooms, bars, deck space, and more

Some of the restaurants on the ships are the same, but there are others that are completely different

The Disney Fantasy and the Disney Dream offer the Aquaduck, a must- do high-speed water coaster raft ride at sea.

... while the Magic has the Aquadunk, a thrilling high-speed water slide tube with a three story drop

All ships have pirate night during the Caribbean itineraries (although this was temporarily stopped recently on shorter cruises)

They all offer kids' clubs, with options for little ones all the way up through teenagers. Our kids always loved the kids' clubs.
