Phoenix Arizona has lots of fun things for kids to do. In addition to the city of Phoenix, there are smaller cities in the Greater Phoenix area including Tempe and Chandler, AZ, which also offer family-friendly attractions. If you visit in the spring, be sure to take in at least one spring training game. We’ve stayed at a number of hotels, including the Pointe Hilton Squaw Peak, the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess, and the Westin Kierland. Or, see other hotels in Phoenix, AZ here.
When your kids are tweens and teens, definitely consider a visit to our nation’s Capital. We brought our kids last year when they were 8 and 10, and it was the perfect ages. There are so many complimentary museums – you could easily stay for a week and see something different each day. During our stay, we chose to stay outside the city in National Harbor, MD (at the Gaylord National), but you can also find a variety of hotels right in the city.
My home city of Boston, MA offers families so many different things to do, including museums, history, and beautiful sites. Here are my top things to do with kids in Boston. We recently enjoyed a stay at the Bostonian Hotel, or check out these hotels in Boston, MA. While you are there, don’t forget to see a game at Fenway Park if you are visiting during baseball season.
