Freedom Trail Suite at the Omni Parker House in Boston, MA
America’s longest continuously operating hotel is offering a fun Freedom Trail Suite for families. The suite is in celebration of the hotel’s location on the Freedom Trail, and is sure to be a favorite with families. It includes a large living area connected to a children’s sleeping nook that offers bunk beds, a large mural showing the Freedom trail, a full-wall chalkboard, bean bag chairs, an activity table, bright furniture, and kids’ colonial-style costumes to try on when staying in the suite. You can also request a Nintendo Wii to use during your stay. The resort is in a great location for a Boston family vacation – it’s steps from Faneuil Hall, the Boston waterfront, and the famed North End.

Want to take glamping to the next level? The Westgate River Ranch, located in Central Florida, offers luxe TeePee glamping. The TeePees, which require a minimum 2-night stay, offer luxe amenities including a double-sided stone rock hearth fireplace, two leather chairs, a porcelain cast-iron claw bathtub and shower, private bathroom, air conditioning and heating, a microwave, and a mini-refrigerator. Wolf Den at the GWL Hotels
Kids love the Great Wolf Lodge resorts, and you can make their stay even better by booking one of the Wolf Dens. These rooms offer separate sleep quarters for kids with bunk beds and a separate television. Parents sleep in the main room in a queen bed. Kids absolutely love having their own space, and after a long day at the indoor water park, they will definitely need to get some good sleep!
Showtime Suite at the Adventure Suites in North Conway, NH
The Adventure Suites hotel in North Conway offers a number of fantastic suites – both for couples and families. Our favorite is the Showtime Suite, which sleeps up to 6 and includes a 10 foot movie screen, Blueray player, a popcorn machine, leather seats, and a two-person jetted tub. The hotel is located near many popular family attractions, including Attitash Mountain Resort and Storyland. If that theme doesn’t interest you, there are a few other fun kid friendly suites.

Pineapple at the Nickelodeon Hotels and Resorts Punta Cana
Who wants to stay in a pineapple under the sea? The new Nickelodeon Hotels and Resorts Punta Cana is offering a completely unique place for families to stay. LEGOLAND Resort Hotels
The two LEGOLAND Hotels (Carlsbad, CA and Winter Haven, FL) offers family-friendly rooms, suites, restaurants, and common areas – all LEGO themed. But, the newest area of LEGOLAND Florida, LEGOLAND Beach Retreat, is opening in April. It includes 83 beach-themed bungalows offering 166 separate rooms with amazing and fun LEGO decor.

Disney’s Art of Animation Suites
Disney’s Art of Animation is their newest on-property resort. It’s in the value-resort category, so it’s great for families looking to save money while still having lots of space. The resort offers three different themed suite areas – CARS, the Lion King, and Finding Nemo (a fourth section, The Little Mermaid, offers standard hotel rooms). These suites are fully decorated based upon the theme, and offer a separate bedroom, as well as a pull-down bed (which doubles as a dining room table, as seen above), and a pull-out couch. As a Disney property, guests receive benefits exclusive to on-property Disney guests, including complimentary transportation to/from the Orlando Airport and to the parks, access to the Disney Dining Plan, and special Magic Hours.

Fenway Park Suite at the Hotel Commonwealth
Red Sox (and baseball) fans will love the Fenway Park Suite at the Hotel Commonwealth in Boston. This special suite has a fantastic view of Fenway Park (as seen above), and includes a large walk-out balcony with original Fenway Park seats and 2 SMART TVs. This two-room suite was developed in partnership with the Boston Red Sox and contains original memorabilia.
