• New Loews Hollywood Hotel Opens in LA

family travel reviews - Loews Hollywood Hotel

I’ve been to California a ton of times, and have even traveled to Santa Monica and Beverly Hills, but I’ve never been to Hollywood and have never seen the Hollywood sign.  I know that when I do travel to Hollywood, I’ll want to stay in a location that is central and where I can actually see the sign.  Loews Hotels, with the recent purchase of the Renaissance Hollywood Hotel, has just expanded into the LA market with the Loews Hollywood Hotel.

The Loews Hollywood Hotel, which features 632 guestrooms, will undergo a $26m renovation this year.  The hotel will remain open throughout the renovations.  Amenities include a spa, a terrace, event space, and a restaurant.  In addition, it’s adjacent to the Hollywood and Highland Center which boasts 80 shops, 26 restaurants, a bowling alley, a theater, and a resident Cirque du Soleil show.
