On our ski family vacation in Lake George, NY, we were hosted by the Holiday Inn Lake George, located just a short distance from Lake George Village. If you’ve ever been to Lake George in the winter, you probably already know that there is a limited amount of hotels that are even open past beyond the summer. So finding one as nice as the Holiday Inn Lake George was a huge bonus. This is not your typical Holiday Inn.
Our room was a suite – one bedroom, with a living room with a pull out couch and two flat-screen televisions. The hotel offers free WiFi, fabulous service, an indoor pool, a fitness center, and more. Kids staying at the hotel eat free at the onsite restaurant, TR’s Restaurant (with paying adults). We really enjoyed our two nights here – it was perfect for our trip.
